Fårikål has been listed as the Norwegian National Dish several times since the 1970s. The Fårikålens Dag is celebrated the last Thursday of September each year.

This Autumn, Trolltunga Hotel have decided to celebrate the Fårikålens Dag at Trolltunga Restaurant. If you want to try the flavors of Autumn and celebrate Fårikålens Dag.

You are welcome to visit the restaurant 28th of September. The restaurant is open 17.00-22.00. 

They serve Sheep with cabbage
-Lamb kebabs on beds of different types of cabbages.
-Lamb sausage on cream boiled cabbage.
-Lamb carre with garlic-scarred Brussels sprouts.


All served with baked amadine potatoes and lamb sauce with a hint of red wine
