Presenting 22 apple varieties (new, ordinary, old and cider apples), taste products made from these.

13:15 Syse Gard

The apple as a foodstuff. Use of the apple in all fashions; juicing, drying, canning and jamming. Autumn lunch with fresh juice and cider.

15:00 Hardanger Saft og Siderfabrikk

We begin in the distillery and the liqour production, dive deep into the making of spontaneously fermented cider and conclude with apple pie made from fresh, tart apples and served with coffee and a digestif from the distillery.
