This charming mountain lodge is situated near the Vøringsfossen waterfall on the edge of the Hardangervidda mountain plateau. It is a good all year starting point for hiking or cross-country skiing. The hiking trails and the ski trails start just on the doorstep. An alpine ski-centre is also close to the lodge. There are 15 rooms, 14 cabins and two apartments, varying in size and standard. À la carte café during the high season. Available for groups on request.

Liseth is on Highway 7 (Rv7) between Bergen and Oslo, at Vøringsfoss in Eidfjord — about 2.5–3 hours from Bergen. A car is the easiest way to arrive; a summer bus crosses the plateau in high season.
Approximately 2 km. The waterfall lies on the National Tourist Route Hardangervidda (Rv7), with viewing platforms above its 182-metre drop into the Måbødalen valley — an easy walk or a few minutes by car.
A homemade breakfast is included for guests in the main house. For cabins and annex rooms, it can be added for NOK 240 per person.
