Eidfjord Autorent offers a selection of cars for half-day and full-day rentals. With a rental car, you have the freedom to explore the Hardangerfjord and icons such as Vøringsfossen waterfall, Hardangervidda National Park and Kjeåsen mountain farm on your own terms!

Eidfjord Autorent is located in the centre of Eidfjord, right below Vøringsfossen and Hardangervidda National Park. With a rental car you have the freedom to explore the beautiful Hardangerfjord and visit whatever you’d like! Hardanger is known for its narrow roads along beautiful fjord arms, where each turn offers breathtaking views of steep mountains and breathtaking natural areas. Explore famous landmarks such as Vøringsfossen waterfall, Hardangervidda National Park, Kjeåsen mountain farm, the Hardanger Bridge, or some of the magnificent mountain peaks or fjord villages in the region.

Car rental is available daily from April 1st to October 24th.

There is a limited number of cars, so it is recommended to pre-book. Both automatic and manual transmission cars are available.

Prices:

Full day 09:00-18:00:

1-5 people: 2950 NOK per day 

6-7 people: 3650 NOK per day

8-9 people: 4950 NOK per day 

Electrical car, 1-5 people: 3650 NOK per day

 

3.5 hours:

1-5 people: 2650 NOK per day

6-7 people: 3150 NOK per day

8-9 people: 4250 NOK per day 

Electrical car, 1-5 people: 3000 NOK per day 

 

All prices include fuel, insurance, unlimited mileage, multiple drivers, and child seats if necessary.

When booking, please provide the following information:

Full name

Address

Phone number

Attach a copy of the driver's licenses for all drivers

Let us know the total number of people, and how many adults and children (and their ages).

On a 3.5-hour rental, you can, for example:

Experience the Norwegian Nature Center and Vøringsfossen (40 km round trip)

Drive to Kjeåsen mountain farm and enjoy the view (25 km round trip – remember the road schedule at Kjeåsen: You can drive up the road every full hour, and drive back down every half hour).
