The doors opened in the summer of 2025 following a strong wish from the local community, and the bakery has quickly become a natural gathering spot for residents, cabin owners, and visitors alike.
Baker Caroline prepares everything from scratch, with a focus on Norwegian and locally sourced ingredients. In the counter, you’ll find everything from crisp sourdough loaves and generous open-faced sandwiches to airy buns in various shapes and an inviting selection of sweet pastries. This is real craftsmanship made with pride and care for the trade.
The coffee comes from Bergen Kaffibrenneri, and the tea is supplied by Gravraak Teatelier, produced by Norway’s only tea barista. The result is a cup of coffee or tea that elevates the baked goods and makes your break just a little better.
