In 2026, Hardanger Music Festival will celebrate its 30th anniversary and invites you to an anniversary week filled with memorable concert experiences in beautiful surroundings. The festival will take place from 26 to 30 August in Lofthus and around Sørfjorden in Ullensvang.
Fjord to Glacier Bike Day 2026 is a new, non-competitive cycling day from Jondal up towards Folgefonna. The 18.4 km route takes you from the fjord to the high mountains – at your own pace.
The Poetry Festival is distinguished by placing poetry at its centre, with the work of Olav H. Hauge as its point of departure. The festival offers a rich diversity of poetry and takes the pulse of contemporary verse. Alongside leading Norwegian and Nordic poets, well-known and much-loved songwriters and lyricists also take part in the festival.
